At Western Bespoke, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t right, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Undamaged and unused

  • With all original tags and packaging

  • Returned with order invoice or proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom, altered, or made-to-order items

  • Products marked final sale

  • Items damaged due to customer handling, laundering, or poor storage


3. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • Wrong item, size, or color delivered

  • Product damaged or defective

  • Item does not match description on website

(Proof such as photos or videos may be required.)


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@westernbespoke.com or call +880 1887-377821‬ within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide order number, reason, and supporting photos if applicable.

  3. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

Items must be shipped back using secure packaging to avoid further damage.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item:
    We cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or size exchange:
    Customer bears the return shipping cost.


6. Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refund issued through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, card, etc.)

If the returned item doesn’t meet return conditions, the product will be sent back without refund.


7. Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are allowed based on stock availability.
Exchange will be processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation before shipment → Full refund

  • Cancellation after shipment → Must follow return process

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.


9. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
For unresolved disputes, customers may seek assistance under applicable Bangladesh consumer protection guidelines.
